This smart oven's key features include the ability to make on-the-fly adjustments. Users can easily control time and temperature at any point during the cooking process through the intuitive digital controls. The oven can be set to temperatures ranging from 50°F to 500°F, adjustable in precise 5°F increments, and for up to 99 hours of cooking time.
Unlike ovens with primitive temperature regulation methods that turn the heater on and off, the NuWave oven's heater never turns off during cooking, ensuring precise temperature maintenance. It also features Triple Surround Heat Zones, allowing users to customize the top, bottom, and rear heaters independently for true 3-zone surround cooking. The heaters can be set to any combination of power percentages, from 25% to 100% in 5% increments.
Powerful convection is provided by a massive 5-inch fan located at the rear of the oven, promoting optimal cyclonic air circulation. Users can choose from 3 fan speed settings, with the max setting providing extra-crispy results.
An integrated digital temperature probe constantly monitors the internal temperature of the food, automatically ending the cooking process when the desired doneness is reached. The oven also features a carryover cooking mode, which compensates for the carryover cooking that occurs after the main cooking cycle, ensuring the food is not overcooked.
The oven utilizes Linear Thermal (Linear T) Technology, which accurately maintains the set temperature throughout the entire cooking process by continuously monitoring temperature fluctuations and making constant power adjustments every second.
In addition to its versatile cooking capabilities, the oven is programmed with 120 presets, including 20 for air frying, grilling, baking, broiling, roasting, dehydrating, reheating, defrosting, and toasting, as well as an additional 100 pre-programmed recipe presets.
